Once a technical kit, education kit and digital textbook have been signed for by the student and taken possession of by the student, its fee becomes nonrefundable.
Please contact the school’s Financial Services Leader for payment options. The school accepts cash, credit card, and personal check payments. Financial aid recipients understand that monies received on their behalf are applied first to tuition costs. Any remaining funds available to the student will be paid to the student.
Tuition and fees are your responsibility as a student. All monthly tuition payments are due on the first Tuesday of each month, with the exception of the first payment, which is made on or before the first day of school. Tuition will be considered late on the first Thursday of the month, and you will be assessed a late fee of $25.00. Failure to pay tuition as agreed upon in your enrollment agreement may result in a corrective action up to and including termination. Payment shall be made by credit/debit card, cash, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order payable to: Paul Mitchell the School San Jose. Returned checks will result in a non-sufficient fund Fee (NSF fee) and you will be assessed a fee of $25.00.
The school does charge a late payment fee of $25.00 for any payments that are late over two (2) calendar days.
Official Transcripts: $15.00
A non-refundable re-enrollment fee of $100.00 (not considered tuition) will be required for any student requesting a re-enrollment into the school.
Financial aid available to those who qualify.
The school complies with California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009, 94899.5 (b) and does not require more than one term or four months of tuition in advance, until 50% of the program has been offered and the school is due full payment.
At its sole discretion, the school may adjust tuition and kit fees for students that transfer from a school that has closed without notice.
